Treat yourself to a 2 hour Yin Yoga practice while 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher Joanna provides hands on assists with essential oils. A wonderful way to relax and recharge, followed by the use of the saunas.

Yin Yoga is suitable for all abilities and focuses on creating length and space in the body, relieving tension and stress and improving mobility and flexibility. It is a wonderfully meditative practice and all poses are done either in a seated position, or lying on your front or back, no standing or balancing poses. Please wear comfortable clothes appropriate for a yoga class, bring a yoga mat and blanket and if you have any props you like to use such as bolsters or blocks feel free to bring those too.
