Please note that professional treatment masks and peels can feel very active on the skin depending on your skin type and the mask chosen by your skin therapist. Redness can last for up to 2 hours post-treatment.

Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for check-in and relaxation before your treatment begins.

Open Hours: The spa opens at 9:00 a.m. for treatments and sauna appointments.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours beforehand to avoid charges.

Health Considerations: If you have any health concerns or special requirements, please inform us prior to your appointment to ensure we can accommodate your needs..

Sauna & Steam: You will get to use the sauna and steam rooms 2 hours before your scheduled treatment time, using the saunas after can cause the skin to become irritated. Sauna time cannot be split or used another day.

Parking: Free parking is available. Please dial 100# at the garage gate.

Facility Policy: please remain silent once you enter our sauna area unless you have booked on one of our talking days (Tuesday & Saturdays). If you are found disturbing other guests, you will be asked to leave without a refund.

All clients must bring a swimsuit/cover and a pair of flip flops/slides: please note these items will be checked upon arrival. Failure to provide these items will result in refusal of entry to the facility.

Cell phone and Cameras: must be always kept in your locker for everyone's safety and comfort.

Towels: We provide two towels and a robe for all treatments booked. You may bring your own or purchase additional towels for a fee.
