What’s included with your treatment:
- Two hours of sauna/steam room admission that must be used before your treatment. Unfortunately you will not be able to use them after for sanitary reasons.
- A Locker and lock to store your belongings.
- A AOS soft plush robe and two towels.
Guests can request any of our spa treatments to be booked in one of our three couples' rooms. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to book online:
1. Click the "Book Now" button to begin.
2. Choose the treatment category you wish to book.
3. Select the specific treatment and indicate whether the booking is for yourself or someone else.
4. The system will prompt you to create an account and establish relationships (you can opt to handle all transactions on behalf of the guest).
5. After creating the guest's account, add the chosen treatment to the cart. Proceed to add your own treatment to the cart as well.
6. Select the option "Book Separate Appointments Instead." This will guide you through choosing dates and times for the first appointment, followed by the same for the second appointment.

Our AOS signature is ” The Art Of Saunas ” version of a Swedish Massage. The main focus of this massage is to help ease tension within the body caused by aching muscles, anxiety and low energy so that afterwards you may feel refreshed, energized and reduce anxiety.
