Her Naturopathic education is from The Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in New Westminster, BC. She is also trained in Bowen Therapy and Conscious Connected Breathwork.

Whether a physical injury / illness, a lifetime of trauma, or simply a calling for more peace and joy in life, Dr. Sutherland guides her patients in the process of reconnecting with their highest state of well being. Her creative expression in life is developing treatment plans that support each person in their own unique way. Everyone’s process is different, and yet all have something in common. All want to be happy and healthy!

Jaycee studied Ayurvedic Lymphatic Drainage in Vancouver, BC with Tamméy Martin, master practitioner and teacher in eastern based whole-body therapies, and Dr. Wendy Linehan, Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Wendy was trained by Dr. Light Miller, practitioner and co-founder of The Ayurvedic College for Well-Being, in Sarasota, Florida. Jaycee completed her certification in 2015 and has been practicing ever since. She is also a certified yoga instructor and creates handcrafted skincare products from the plants she grows in her garden.

Serena is a graduate from the Vancouver School of Healing Arts. Specializing in Swedish Massage, Shiatsu, Reflexology and Indian Head Massage. She is also a Certified Holistic Aromatherapist, providing additional body treatments such as Body Scrubs, Aromatherapy Massage and facials.
In her practice she brings awareness to the mind, body and spirit; By creating a nurturing safe space for her clients. Her healing touch leaves you feeling supported, loved and nourished.

Ben studied massage therapy at the Vancouver school of healing arts. This well rounded course gave him the skills needed for the therapist role.
He has had training in the following practices: Swedish, deep tissue, Indian head massage, reflexology, shiatsu and hot stone massage. As a family man with 2 young daughters, Ben believes that healthy living is the key to happiness.

Hengameh graduated in 2005 from a beauty school in Iran. Since graduation she worked as a hairstylist and an esthetician. After moving to Canada in 2014, her interest in natural therapy led her to become a massage practitioner. Eventually, after working as a volunteer and trainee in spas and wellness centers, She graduated in 2018 from Vancouver School of Healing Arts (VSOHA).

She graduated from Vancouver School of Bodywork and Massage after completing her training in anatomy, swedish massage, deep tissue, shiatsu, reflexology, and Indian Head massage.
